MapleFest & Maple Bake Sale at Sharon Audubon Center

Experience the magic of maple sugaring at MapleFest & Bake Sale on Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 11 am to 4 pm at Sharon Audubon Center. This fun-filled event offers guided 45-minute tours through the sugaring operation, featuring a working sugarhouse and demonstrations of Native American and early colonial sugaring techniques.

Watch as pure sugar maple sap is collected and transformed into fresh maple syrup. After the tour, enjoy a maple bake sale and purchase Sharon Audubon’s very own maple syrup while supplies last. Be sure to dress warmly and wear boots, as much of the tour takes place outdoors.

The event takes place at Sharon Audubon Center, 325 Cornwall Bridge Road (Route 4), Sharon, CT.
