LL Bean Outing Club: Father’s Day Hike with Dad at Steep Rock

Bring Dad out on a good hike at Steep Rock Preserve, a wonderful preserve with an interesting history. He will enjoy the ride to the rustic Washington Depot area. You may wind up exploring an old railroad tunnel, and you will all return invigorated.
ACTIVITY LEVEL: Moderate.
WHERE TO MEET: 2 Tunnel Road, Washington Depot, 06794
WHAT TO BRING: Weather-appropriate clothing (layers, no cotton), waterproof footwear, small day pack with extra clothes, snacks, lunch, water, personal medications.
OPTIONAL RECOMMENDED ITEMS: Sunglasses, binoculars, camera.
