Leprechaun Express to Bad Dog Brewing Co.

Join the Naugatuck Railroad on their first ever Saint Patty’s Day themed Leprechaun Express to Bad Dog Brewing Co. on March 17th, 2023 departing at 5pm.

Naugatuck Railroad is happy to announce that they’re kicking off the 2023 excursions early this year with the return of the Leprechaun Express, which will take passengers to a rollicking St. Patrick’s Day celebration at Bad Dog Brewing in Torrington. The Easter Bunny Express trains also are coming up, and we’ll be announcing more excursions shortly as our new season gets underway.

This first excursion invites you to enjoy beer tastings and beautiful scenery on a 40-minute trip to Torrington. There, you’ll head to Bad Dog Brewing Company and enjoy live music and a hearty meal of corned beef and cabbage or rosemary chicken. Nutmeg Fudge Company will be on board for the return journey, serving samples of their delicious homemade treats.
