Klezmer Dreams: Music for Strings and Klezmer Clarinet at Lutheran Church of St. Mark

Join us for an evening of beautiful music for string quartet and clarinet. On the program:  Michael White: Quintet for Strings (world premier); Shostakovich: String Quartet No. 4; Golijav: Dreams and Prayers of Issac the Blind for klezmer clarinet and string quartet. The Cuatro Puntos Resident Musicians have performed across four continents. A review in Fanfare Magazine of a recent album on the Métier label stated that they are “virtuostic performers”.  They will be joined by clarinetist Alexander Kollias.
