Killingly’s Great Tomato Festival at Davis Park Killingly

Killingly’s Great Tomato Festival will be held on September 14th from 9 am to 2 pm at Davis Park in Killingly.
This quirky, local festival is back and bigger than ever! Come taste the best flavors of the season, watch the parade, compete in the corn hole tournament, visit crafters from all over, and make your way through the farmer’s market!
There’s something for everyone!

GREAT TOMATO ACTIVITIES!
9:00 AM to 12:00 PM – Farmers’ Market and a Tomato Sampling Tent (Tent 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM)
9:00 AM to 1:30 PM – Guess the Tomatoes in the Jar!
9:00 AM to 2:00 PM – Children’s Activity Tent – Arts, Crafts, Fun and Games!
9:00 AM to 2:00 PM – High School Art Show Displayed – Featuring the “Great Tomato”
10:30AM – Great Tomato Parade!
11:00 AM – Home Grown Tomato Contest – Bring us your Largest and/or Most Ugly Tomatoes!
11:30 AM to 1:00 PM – Chili Contest Tasting / People’s Choice Award – Come cast your vote!
12:15 PM – Tomato Hat Parade & Contest (AG COMM information booth)

9:30 AM – Inaugural Tomato Festival Cycling Rides – Be part of the Parade, then ride off onto the routes!
10:30 AM – Great Tomato Parade – Fire Truck Pull immediately following the Parade!
12:30 PM – Tomato Festival Cornhole Tournament – limited to 16 teams – so sign up early!
