A century of winter sport tradition is celebrated as Jumpfest returns to Salisbury for its 100th anniversary at the historic Satre Hill. Hosted by the Salisbury Winter Sports Association, this milestone edition of New England’s oldest ski jumping event brings together elite athletes from across the country, including Olympic hopefuls and rising junior competitors, for a weekend of high-flying competition and community festivities. As one of only six ski jump venues on the East Coast, Satre Hill sets the stage for thrilling action on the 20-meter, 36-meter, and 70-meter jumps, where athletes soar through the air at remarkable speeds.
Jumpfest takes place from February 6 through February 8, 2026, at Satre Hill, located at 80 Indian Cave Road, Salisbury, CT. The weekend begins on Friday evening with free admission, featuring the Target Jumping event at 7:00 pm and a fireworks display. Saturday includes junior competitions in the morning and the Salisbury Invitational on the 70-meter hill at 1:00 pm, followed by the Snowball Fundraiser with live music, food, and raffles at Lakeville Town Grove. Sunday’s events include the Nordic Combined race in the morning and culminate with the Eastern U.S. Ski Jumping Championships at 1:00 pm.
Admission is free for all on Friday night, $15 for adults on Saturday and Sunday, and free for children 12 and under all three days. Tickets are available at the gate. Food and drink options, anniversary merchandise, and a historical exhibit highlighting Salisbury’s ski jumping legacy will be available throughout the weekend.
