Jefferson Starship 50th Anniversary, Runaway Again Tour at Ridgefield Playhouse

Legendary rock band Jefferson Starship will celebrate their 50th anniversary with a performance at the Ridgefield Playhouse on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. Known for their powerful arena rock sound, the band has released three platinum and eight gold records, along with a string of Top 40 Billboard hits.

Originally founded in the early 1970s by Paul Kantner, Jefferson Starship emerged as an experimental collective pushing the boundaries of rock with concept-driven albums. Over the years, the band evolved while preserving its core identity of musical innovation. The current lineup features longtime members David Freiberg and Donny Baldwin, as well as Chris Smith, Jude Gold, and Cathy Richardson, who bring both legacy and new energy to the stage.
