International Festival of Arts & Ideas Presents Pilobolus: Other Worlds at Shubert Theatre

Movement, imagination, and storytelling come together during Pilobolus: Other Worlds at the Shubert Theatre on Thursday, June 18, at 8 pm as part of the International Festival of Arts & Ideas.

The performance explores the many spaces people inhabit, from inner emotional landscapes to the wider worlds of society and the universe. Blending dance, theater, music, humor, and striking physical artistry, the production offers an inventive journey through the human experience with the signature creativity and athleticism for which Pilobolus is internationally known.

Other Worlds features collaborations with acclaimed artists from across multiple disciplines, including playwright and director Aaron Posner, composer and multi-instrumentalist Stuart Bogie, choreographer and former Pilobolus dancer Gaspard Louis, original Pilobolus member Lee Harris, and composer Paul Sullivan. Together, these creative voices shape a performance filled with wit, emotion, and visual wonder.
