Come and discover the lost art of making homemade herbal remedies in your kitchen at my house, in Enfield CT. I We will be giving a hands-on demonstration in this 5-hour class and you will get to take home what we create.

We will be exploring how to make the following herbal medicines:

• Herbal tinctures
• Salves – topical herbal salve
• Capsules – making your own anti-inflammatory herbal capsules
• Tea – create a nourishing herbal tea blend
• Syrup – creating an herbal syrup for the immune system
• All handouts & samples of all products made in class
• All supplies are included
• Lunch will be included
