Inspire Center – New Theme at Connecticut Museum of Culture and History

Creativity and problem-solving take center stage at the Inspire Center, a hands-on space where visitors of all ages can engage with history through making and collaboration. Using objects from the Connecticut Museum’s collection as inspiration, participants are encouraged to look closely, share ideas, and create something new together. With themes changing every other month, the Inspire Center offers fresh experiences throughout the year. February’s challenge invites visitors to design a brand-new sports mascot in anticipation of March Madness.

The Inspire Center will be open on February 8, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm at the Connecticut Museum of Culture and History in Hartford.
