Inspire Center Expanded Hours at the Connecticut Museum of Culture and History

The Inspire Center offers a hands-on space where visitors of all ages can explore history and creativity through interactive problem-solving and close-up engagement with objects from the Connecticut Museum’s collection. Typically open only on weekends, the center will offer expanded hours during the school break, giving families additional opportunities to explore, experiment, and create together. Admission to the Inspire Center is included with regular museum admission.

The Inspire Center will be open on December 24, 26, 30, and 31, 2025, as well as January 2, 2026, from 10 am to 2:30 pm. The Connecticut Museum of Culture and History is located at 1 Elizabeth Street, Hartford, Connecticut.
