Hopalong Andrew at Levitt Pavilion

Families can enjoy an evening of cowboy songs, storytelling, and playful musical adventures when Hopalong Andrew performs at Levitt Pavilion on July 29, 2026, as part of the Children’s Series.

Known as one of the leading performers in family-friendly folk and western music, Hopalong Andrew combines original songs, traditional cowboy tunes, and lively stage antics to create an entertaining experience for audiences of all ages. A former New York City Park Ranger, Andrew first developed his cowboy-inspired music while writing songs about wildlife and history in Central Park. Since then, he has performed at major venues and festivals across the country, including Wolf Trap National Park, the New York Public Library, Bryant Park, and the Brooklyn Folk Festival. His performances are filled with humor, audience participation, and impressive musicianship, making them a favorite among both children and adults.

Beyond his family music career, Andrew Vladeck has long been a respected singer-songwriter on the New York music scene, earning songwriting awards and sharing stages with artists such as Andrew Bird, Norah Jones, and Ani DiFranco. The concert begins at 7 pm on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, with the lawn opening at 6 pm. The event takes place at Levitt Pavilion for the Performing Arts, 40 Jesup Road, Westport, CT 06880. Skip’s Ice Cream Truck will be on-site with treats available for purchase.
