Homeschool Day at Connecticut Museum of Culture and History

The Connecticut Museum of Culture and History will host Homeschool Day on Monday, September 15, 2025, from 9:45 am to 2:30 pm. This special program is designed for homeschool families and offers a full day of educational workshops tailored to different age groups. Each session includes resources for continued at-home learning, making it a valuable extension of the classroom.

A lunch break is scheduled from 11:45 am to 12:30 pm, with families encouraged to bring a bagged lunch and connect with other homeschoolers. For younger children under the age of 5, the Little Learners program will be available throughout the day, offering story times, crafts, and guided activities related to the day’s themes. Parents or guardians are required to remain on museum premises during the program, with the auditorium lobby available as a gathering space for adults.
