Home Away From Homeschool: Mask Making at Mattatuck Museum

The Mattatuck Museum in Waterbury will host Home Away From Homeschool: Mask Making on Wednesday, June 25, from 1 pm to 2:30 pm. This creative program invites homeschool students of all ages to explore a new artist, art movement, or medium each week through a combination of gallery tours and hands-on art activities.

For this session, participants will dive into the art of mask making, drawing inspiration from works on view and engaging in imaginative expression. The program encourages artistic exploration, social interaction, and the development of new skills in a welcoming museum environment.
