Haunted Walking Tours Groton

Guided nighttime Haunted Walking Tours will take place at 6:00, 6:30 and 7:00 on Friday, October 20 at the Avery-Copp House. Tour guides will lead visitors to a number of haunted sites in the Groton Bank neighborhood. A hair-raising amount of paranormal history exists in the half square mile of Groton Bank! From ghostly soldiers of the Revolutionary War through former house residents to phantom footsteps. Tours include the Avery-Copp House, Mother Bailey House, Bill Memorial Library, Fort Griswold, and the Ebenezer Avery House. Docents will tell the ghost stories that relate to each location.

Tours begin at the Avery-Copp House.

Cost: $15 per person, $12 per member. For reservations call 860-445-1637.
