Hands-On Creativity at Florence Griswold Museum

Families can explore their creative side during Hands-On Creativity at the Florence Griswold Museum, offered Sundays from September 27 through November 1, 2026, from 11 am to 4 pm.
Visitors can drop into the Museum’s Education Center for a fun Gemstone Station crafting project inspired by the Wee Faerie Village’s sparkling theme. The program offers an opportunity for young visitors and families to create while exploring the imaginative world of gemstones and other natural treasures.
The Hands-On, M!nds-On rock study collection will also be available for family learning, providing an interactive way to discover more about rocks and the natural materials that inspire this year’s Wee Faerie Village.
Hands-On Creativity is included with museum admission, and no advance reservations are required. The program takes place Sundays from 11 am to 4 pm at the Florence Griswold Museum, 96 Lyme Street, Old Lyme, Connecticut 06371.
