The groundbreaking musical Hamilton comes to The Bushnell in Hartford for a limited engagement this November. Performances run from November 4–7, 2025, at 7:30 pm; November 8 at 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm; November 9 at 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm; November 11–14 at 7:30 pm; November 15 at 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm; and November 16 at 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
This revolutionary production tells the epic story of Alexander Hamilton, a Founding Father whose ambition, brilliance, and resilience helped shape a nation. Inspired by Ron Chernow’s acclaimed biography, Hamilton fuses hip-hop, jazz, R&B, and Broadway into a bold and transformative retelling of American history.
Created by Lin-Manuel Miranda and directed by Thomas Kail, with choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler and musical supervision by Alex Lacamoire, the production has won 11 Tony Awards, a Grammy Award, an Olivier Award, the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, and a special citation from the Kennedy Center Honors.
