You’re invited!!!! Open to the public, this year’s Chester Elementary School PTO’s Halloween Spectacular in downtown Chester is sure to be the best one yet. Bring your lively spirit and best costumes for an evening of fun + community celebration for the entire family, including a costume parade, carnival games, haunted cemetery trail, trick-or-treating + music and dancing. Admission is free, with game and cemetery tickets sold for cash. There will be food truck offerings for sale as well!
