The Halloween Costume Party for Children will be held on October 27th from 3 pm to 5 pm at the Bushnell Park Carousel in Hartford.
Bring your children and enjoy this afternoon of Halloween fun. This costume party is FREE for children and will include refreshments, treats and costume prizes for the scariest, most original, best Halloween character and a Grand Prize.
Drop in for treats or stay for the tricks!
Costume judging starts at 3pm
Adult admission is just $1
Children must be accompanied by an adult
Space is limited to 200 people and is first come first serve
