Behind the Scenes Tour: True Crime at Connecticut Museum of Culture and History

Discover the darker chapters of Connecticut’s past during the Behind the Scenes Tour: True Crime at the Connecticut Museum of Culture and History. This guided collections tour uncovers compelling stories of historical forgeries, thefts, arsons, and even murder, all through artifacts preserved in the museum’s collection.

This one-hour tour is offered on two dates:

• Thursday, July 24, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
• Saturday, July 26, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm

Guests will experience a rare look into the museum’s holdings, learning about the justice system and criminal cases that shaped Connecticut history.

Tickets must be purchased in advance online. Admission is $15 for general public, $10 for Connecticut Museum members at levels under $150, and free for members at $150 and above.
