Greater New Haven St. Patrick’s Day Parade

The Greater New Haven St. Patrick’s Day Parade will be on Sunday, March 12th, 2023, stepping off at 1:30 pm in downtown New Haven

WHERE: On Elm Street between Temple and Church Streets (in front of the New Haven Free Public Library)

Since the mid-1950’s the St. Patrick’s Day Parade of Greater New Haven has become one of New England’s premier Irish events. It is the largest, single-day spectator event in the State of Connecticut. As the 6th oldest parade in the nation, its fame was recognized by the Library of Congress in 1999.

There will be delicious food trucks, a petting zoo, games, giveaways, crafts, live entertainment, raffles, photo opportunities, and family-friendly parade viewing area!

Street parking is FREE on Sundays in New Haven. Park anywhere (except streets closed for parade routes)!
