Getting StARTed at Yale University Art Gallery

A family-friendly art experience takes place on Saturday, April 4, 2026, from 11:15 am to 11:45 am at the Yale University Art Gallery, 1111 Chapel Street, New Haven, CT 06510.
Getting StARTed is a guided program designed to help families explore works of art together in an engaging and interactive way. During the 30-minute session, participants will look closely at selected pieces from the museum’s collection while learning simple strategies for discussing and interpreting art as a group.
The program also includes time for families to try a hands-on activity inspired by the artwork, encouraging creativity and deeper connection with the themes explored during the session.
