Garden Conservancy Open Days at Kentford Farm

A rare opportunity to tour a private historic garden will take place on May 30, 2026 from 10 am to 4 pm at Kentford Farm in Stonington as part of the Garden Conservancy Open Days program.

This one-day-only event invites visitors to explore a hidden six-acre landscape featuring winding garden paths, mature trees, and thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces that reflect the owners’ personal style and artistic vision. Highlights of the property include weeping cherry trees, Norway spruce, copper beech, Franklinia trees, a koi pond, and a walk-in root cellar that adds historic charm to the experience.

The Garden Conservancy’s Open Days program offers visitors access to exceptional private gardens across the country, celebrating the beauty, creativity, and cultural importance of gardens and landscapes.

Tickets are $10 per person, or $5 for Garden Conservancy members. Children ages 12 and under are admitted free with a parent or guardian. Advance online registration is required, and pets are not permitted.
