Galentine’s Modern Calligraphy for Beginners at 1741 Pub & Grill

Sip & Script® is bringing a festive night of modern calligraphy to 1741 Pub & Grill at Lyman Orchards in Middlefield. Whether you’re a stationery enthusiast, a DIY bride-to-be, or simply love learning new crafts, this workshop offers an introduction to modern calligraphy with a pointed dip pen and ink. Participants will learn the basics and gain confidence to create beautifully lettered Galentine’s cards, making it the perfect creative night out.
The workshop will take place on January 29 at 6 pm. Food and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the class, which will start promptly. The event is designed for beginners, offering step-by-step guidance to help participants build muscle memory and develop their own style. Left-handed individuals are welcome, and those who have tried calligraphy before can enjoy the opportunity to explore new supplies and techniques.
Guests aged 16 and under are welcome with a ticketed adult, and parents should be aware that alcohol will be served at the venue.
