Full Moon Sound Meditation at Lyman Orchards

Reconnect with your inner calm during a Full Moon Sound Meditation in “The Meadow” at Lyman Orchards Golf Club on Thursday, July 10, 2025, from 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm. Guided by The Conduit, this special outdoor experience invites participants to align with the heightened lunar energy of the full moon through the soothing vibrations of live gongs and singing bowls.

This immersive meditation offers the benefits of a deep practice without any prior experience needed. Guests are encouraged to relax and let the sound journey dissolve mental and emotional blockages while fostering a sense of stillness and connection within the heart, mind, and body.

The session is approximately 60 to 75 minutes long. For maximum comfort, bring a zero-gravity chair or a yoga mat with a towel, blanket, and pillow. Eye coverings and water are recommended to help you settle into a peaceful state.

Advance registration is required and the cost is $25 per person. The Full Moon Sound Meditation is part of a monthly series running from May through September at Lyman Orchards.
