FRWA’s Wild & Scenic Film Festival (Town Hall Auditorium, Collinsville)
November 2, 2019 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

The Farmington River Watershed Association (FRWA) will be hosting the 2nd annual Wild & Scenic Film Festival right near the Farmington River in the historic Town Hall Auditorium in the center of Collinsville. Join FRWA on Saturday, November 2, 6:30-9 PM.
Two major events are happening in 2019, making the film festival perfect timing: It is the 25th anniversary of the West Branch of the Farmington River receiving Wild & Scenic River designation, and, the Lower Farmington River and Salmon Brook were protected this March — designating 62 new miles as Wild & Scenic!
Run Wild Run Free: 50 Years of Wild and Scenic Rivers, is our featured film. The curated collection of 7 documentaries span the topics of Wild and Scenic rivers, fly fishing, biodiversity, pollinators, and more. It will be a fun and illuminating evening with guest speakers, light refreshments, a raffle, and door prizes! The festival is a natural extension of FRWA’s work to inspire people to act on behalf of the Farmington River.
