From Broadway to Hollywood at Westport Country Playhouse

Westport Country Playhouse will come alive this summer with From Broadway to Hollywood, a thrilling concert celebration of the greatest musicals that made the leap from stage to screen—and some that journeyed the other way around. This musical showcase will feature four performances: Thursday, July 24 and Friday, July 25 at 8:00 pm, and Saturday, July 26 at both 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm.

This joyous event will highlight iconic songs from classic productions including The Wizard of Oz, Wicked, Fiddler on the Roof, Little Shop of Horrors, In the Heights, Singin’ in the Rain, My Fair Lady, and many more. Whether audiences favor the golden glamour of Broadway’s past or the high-energy numbers of today’s favorites, this performance will deliver an unforgettable musical journey.

The cast includes Kristen Hahn, Aaron Arnell Harrington, Barnaby Reiter, Leanne Robinson, Kat Rodriguez, and Sean Steele, under the musical direction of Drew Wutke and direction by John-Andrew Morrison. The band features Edward W. Hardy on violin, Paige Durr on drums, Hajime Yoshida on guitar and bass, Jake Krasniewicz on bass, and Michael L. Breaux on reeds.
