French Canadian Jam at Connecticut Museum of Culture and History

Traditional music and community gathering come together during the French Canadian Jam at the Connecticut Museum of Culture and History on June 6 from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Held monthly during First Free Weekends, the informal jam session celebrates French Canadian musical traditions with live performances and opportunities for musicians to play together.
New players and listeners are always welcome, making the event an inviting experience for longtime musicians, curious beginners, and anyone interested in traditional folk music. Guests can enjoy an afternoon of lively tunes and cultural connection in a relaxed setting.
The Connecticut Museum of Culture and History is located at 1 Elizabeth Street, Hartford, CT 06105. Admission is free.
