Free Family Fun Day at Shubert Theatre

Families can enjoy a morning of Halloween-themed activities at Shubert Theatre during the annual Free Family Fun Day on Sunday, October 25, from 10 am to 1 pm. The event is free and welcomes children and families of all ages.

A self-guided walking tour takes families backstage through the theatre, with trick-or-treat stations along the way. Guests are encouraged to wear their favorite Halloween costumes, although prop weapons are not permitted. The walking tour is fully accessible, and strollers are welcome.

Registration is suggested but not required. Families are encouraged to RSVP so organizers can prepare enough treats and activities for everyone attending.

Free Family Fun Day also marks the beginning of Shubert Theatre’s Annual Holiday Food and Toy Drive. Guests may bring non-perishable food items and new, unwrapped toys, which will be distributed to New Haven families in need throughout the holiday season.
