This hands-on class goes beyond your typical pizza night, offering the chance to learn how to roll, shape, top, and bake thin-crust pizza and herb-infused focaccia. Whether you’re grilling or using a stone, Chef Bill will share techniques to achieve perfect results every time. Expect to get creative with toppings that take your pizza to the next level.
The class takes place on Friday, January 31 at 7 pm at The Silo Cooking School, located at 44 Upland Road, New Milford, CT 06776. Admission is $135 per person.
