Fairy Tails Day at Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo

Storybook characters will come to life at Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo during Fairy Tails Day on Saturday, September 12, from 10 am to 2 pm. The family-friendly event will fill the Zoo with whimsical activities and opportunities for children to enjoy a day of fantasy and fun.

Guests can meet and take photos with storybook princesses and heroes, including Belle, Tiana, Ariel, Superman, Supergirl, Snow White, and Cinderella. Face painting and glitter tattoos will add another touch of magic to the festivities, and children are encouraged to dress as their favorite storybook characters.

The event is made possible by Pediatric Healthcare Associates, the Zoo’s Sweet Storybook Sponsor, which will be on-site offering health education, awareness activities, and surprise giveaways for families. Regular Zoo admission applies, with tickets available through Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo.
