Exhibition Opening Reception & 60th Birthday Celebration at The Benton Museum of Art

Celebrate the Benton Museum of Art’s 60th birthday during a special Exhibition Opening Reception on Thursday, September 10, 2026, from 5 to 7 pm. The evening marks the debut of three new exhibitions while launching the museum’s online Silent Auction Fundraiser.

Guests can explore With Gratitude: Highlights from a Decade of Gifts, Colors in the Dark: Ellen Carey, and Encounters with the Collection: Reframing America at 250. The celebration also includes a preview of silent auction items, light hors d’oeuvres, music, and a cash bar.

Admission is free, with a suggested donation of $5. Everyone is welcome, and RSVPs are appreciated but not required. Guests may register in advance or on-site to participate in the silent auction.
