Easter Egg Hunt at Essex Steam Train & Riverboat

Hop aboard the Essex Steam Train for an egg-stra special ride through the scenic Connecticut River Valley on Saturday and Sunday, April 12–13, 2025. This festive 45-minute excursion features a visit from the Easter Bunny himself and a stop in a secluded meadow for an Easter Egg Hunt and photo opportunities.

Children will be given a small basket to collect colorful eggs during the hunt before returning to the Essex Station. It’s a cheerful springtime experience perfect for families with young children.

The Easter Egg Hunt train departs at 12:45 p.m. on both days. Tickets are $24.99 per adult and $34.99 per child (ages 2–11).
