Docent Tour | Tracey Emin: I Loved You Until The Morning at Yale Center for British Art

Visitors can explore the compelling world of contemporary artist Tracey Emin during a docent-led tour of Tracey Emin: I Loved You Until The Morning at the Yale Center for British Art in New Haven. This groundbreaking exhibition marks the first major North American museum show dedicated to Emin’s work, offering an intimate look at her autobiographical and emotionally raw style.

The tour highlights Emin’s powerful explorations of love, grief, and the female experience through her expressive paintings created from 2007 to the present. Guests will gain insight into how her candid approach has shaped modern British art and challenged conventional narratives.

The tour will take place on Sunday, July 27, 2025, from 1:00 to 1:45 pm. Tours meet in the Entrance Court by the Visitor Services desk.

All docent tours are approximately 45 minutes and guided by trained volunteer museum educators who offer thoughtful perspectives and foster dialogue around the works on display.
