Docent Tour: The Architecture of the YCBA at Yale Center for British Art

Discover the architectural brilliance of the Yale Center for British Art during a docent-led tour focused on the museum’s renowned building, designed by modernist architect Louis I. Kahn (1901–1974). The tour will be held on Sunday, July 6, from 3:00 pm to 3:45 pm and begins in the Entrance Court near the Visitor Services desk. Led by the museum’s knowledgeable and engaging volunteer docents, this tour highlights the unique features of the building while inviting thoughtful conversation about its place in modern architecture.
