Docent Tour: The Architecture of the YCBA at Yale Center for British Art

The Yale Center for British Art will present a docent-led tour focused on the museum’s architecture on Sunday, September 21, 2025, from 3 pm to 3:45 pm.

This in-depth program explores the iconic building designed by modernist architect Louis I. Kahn (1901–1974), widely regarded as one of his masterpieces. Volunteer museum educators will guide participants through the space, sharing insights into Kahn’s vision and highlighting how the architecture itself enhances the experience of viewing art.
