Docent Tour: Collection Highlights at Yale Center for British Art

The Yale Center for British Art offers a docent-led tour featuring highlights from its renowned collection, giving visitors an opportunity to explore five centuries of British art in a newly reimagined installation. In a New Light: Five Centuries of British Art includes works from the sixteenth century to the present, and the tour provides insight into notable pieces as well as the museum’s architectural setting. Volunteer museum educators share their unique perspectives while guiding guests through the galleries. Tours begin in the Entrance Court near the Visitor Services desk and run approximately 45 minutes.
