Docent Tour | Collection Highlights at Yale Center for British Art

Visitors can explore the Yale Center for British Art’s remarkable collection during a docent-led tour. This interactive experience offers a closer look at In a New Light: Five Centuries of British Art, an exhibition spanning from the sixteenth century to the present, presented in a reimagined installation.

The tour is guided by the museum’s dedicated volunteer educators, who bring their own unique perspectives to the artworks and the iconic building designed by architect Louis I. Kahn. Each tour lasts about 45 minutes and invites conversation, discovery, and deeper engagement with the collection.

The tour will take place on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 2 to 2:45 pm at the Yale Center for British Art, 1080 Chapel Street, New Haven, Connecticut. Admission is free.
