Docent Tour | Collection Highlight at Yale Center for British Art

Visitors can explore the Yale Center for British Art’s renowned collection through a docent-led tour on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 11:00 am. This guided experience provides an engaging look at In a New Light: Five Centuries of British Art, an installation that showcases works from the sixteenth century to the present.

Tours begin in the Entrance Court near the Visitor Services desk and last approximately 45 minutes. Led by the museum’s volunteer docents—passionate educators trained to inspire dialogue and insight—each tour highlights unique perspectives on selected works and the building’s architecture, designed by famed modernist Louis I. Kahn.
