Docent Tour | Collection Highlight at Yale Center for British Art

Discover the Yale Center for British Art’s remarkable collection with a docent-led tour. Guests can enjoy an interactive exploration of works spanning five centuries, featured in In a New Light: Five Centuries of British Art, which highlights pieces from the sixteenth century to the present in a refreshed installation.

Tours meet in the Entrance Court by the Visitor Services desk and offer a unique opportunity to see the collection through the engaging perspectives of the Center’s dedicated volunteer docents, who inspire thoughtful dialogue about the works and the iconic Louis I. Kahn building. Each tour lasts approximately 45 minutes.

This tour will take place on July 18, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 2:45 pm at the Yale Center for British Art, 1080 Chapel Street, New Haven, CT.
