Dan Pugach Big Band at the Palace Theater

Experience an unforgettable evening of jazz as Grammy Award-winning drummer and composer Dan Pugach brings his Big Band to the Palace Theater in Waterbury on Friday, April 11, 2025. Performances will take place at 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Presented by New England Arts & Entertainment, this special event features Pugach’s dynamic original compositions and arrangements, performed by some of the finest jazz musicians in the country.

Pugach, a 2025 Grammy winner and three-time ASCAP Foundation Jazz Composer Award recipient, is known for his high-energy performances and distinctive sound. His work has been showcased at renowned venues and festivals worldwide, and his arrangement of “Jolene” featuring Nicole Zuraitis earned a Grammy nomination for Best Arrangement, Instruments with Vocals.
