2021 Connecticut Trails Day Events

It’s time to get outside and play at the 2021 Connecticut Trails Day Event June 5th and 6th, 2021. CT Trails Day features over 250 free events scheduled, the hardest part is choosing what to do.

All CT Trails Day events are free, open to all, and guided by people who are knowledgeable about each site.

Trails Day is a two-day national event (the first weekend in June) that pays tribute to all the wonderful trails our country has to offer. If there was ever a time to celebrate our amazing Connecticut trails, 2021 is it! Trails and open spaces have become the places to escape to and enjoy in challenging times. This year’s Trails Day will be different, but the spirit will be the same.

This statewide event is sponsored by the Connecticut Forest & Park Association (CFPA). A nonprofit since 1895, CFPA is dedicated to connecting people to the land in order to protect forests, parks, walking trails and open spaces in Connecticut for future generations.
