Connecticut River Valley Environmental Summit at Wesleyan University

A day of discussion and collaboration focused on environmental issues takes place on May 2, 2026 from 9 am to 4 pm at Wesleyan University, 45 Wyllys Avenue, Middletown, CT 06459.

Hosted by the Connecticut River Museum, the second annual Connecticut River Valley Environmental Summit brings together scientists, policymakers, academics, and community leaders to explore pressing challenges impacting the Connecticut River watershed.

The summit features a series of expert-led sessions addressing environmental sustainability, waterway health, and regional conservation efforts. Designed as a platform for connection and collaboration, the event encourages dialogue among professionals, students, and stakeholders working to protect and preserve natural resources for future generations.

Attendees will have the opportunity to exchange ideas, build partnerships, and learn about ongoing initiatives that support the long-term health of the Connecticut River Valley.
