Connecticut League of Museums Award Ceremony at New Britain Museum of American Art

The Connecticut League of Museums will honor the Lockwood-Mathews Mansion Museum’s exhibition Bulls of Wall Street: High Finance, Power, and Social Change in Victorian America. The exhibit explored 19th-century finance through historic artifacts, photographs, documents, and costumes, including stories of LeGrand Lockwood, Vanderbilt, Gould, Victoria Woodhull, Hetty Green, and Jeremiah Hamilton. The award ceremony takes place Tuesday, October 27, 2026, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
