Annual Connecticut Garlic & Harvest Festival at the Bethlehem Fairgrounds

The Connecticut Garlic & Harvest Festival will be held on October 12th and 13th, 2024 at the Bethlehem Fairgrounds in Bethlehem. On Saturday, the event will run from 9 am to 6 pm, and on Sunday, it will be open from 9 am to 5 pm.
Join us for the area’s most unique festival and browse through 250 vendors!
Enjoy live cooking demonstrations, where you can learn delicious garlic recipes, and attend informative lectures on how to grow your own garlic.
Sample and purchase from a variety of garlic specialty foods, including dips, spreads, cheeses, and oils—many vendors offer free samples so you can try before you buy! Our produce stands will also feature fresh garlic and other fall produce.
When hunger strikes, head to the food court for a unique culinary experience. Treat yourself to homemade roasted garlic sausage with peppers and onions, wood-fired garlic pizzas, specialty garlic sliders, deep-fried garlic, and even garlic ice cream!
The festival also offers fun for the whole family with rides and games for kids. Don’t miss out on this garlic-filled weekend at the Bethlehem Fairgrounds!
