Comedy, Bites & Beer is back at Firefly Hollow Brewing! If you haven’t been to a Mel V’s Custom Comedy show before, this is your chance to check out one of our favorite venues! We combine great beer, great food and top-tier comedians for a one of a kind experience you don’t want to miss!
$25 ticket price includes your first beer, delicious appetizers courtesy of JK Baking, and some of the best comics in the Northeast!
Meet Your Host:
2016 winner of Clash of the Comics and Finalist in the 2019 Funniest Person in Massachusetts Competition, Mel V’s hilariously quirky and irreverent style is a favorite of audiences all over. She has performed at Comix Comedy Club at Mohegan Sun, The Funny Bone, Treehouse Comedy Club, The Elbow Room, Laugh Boston and many more!
Featuring:
Josh Levinson is an up and coming stand up comic who has performed in bars and clubs all over New England. Software engineer by day and comedian by night, audiences enjoy Josh’s unassuming demeanor as he turns his insecurities into punchlines. Whether he’s lending his sense of humor to the popular blog Between Two Rocks or performing on stage, he delivers more than the typical “IT guy next door.”
Kareem Blue is a former boxer turned comedian, and credits his boxing prowess for his unique delivery, reading the crowd like he would an opponent in the ring, making split-second decisions that will KO the crowd with laughter. Kareem Blue brings a whole new meaning to the term “punchlines.”
Meet Your Headliner:
John Romanoff has opened for the Reverend Bob Levy, Andrew “Dice” Clay, Otto & George, Patrice O’Neal, Jim Jeffries, and Nick Dapaulo. John was an alternate in the soap box derby in 1985, has seen the movie Stand By Me 47 times, and won a Young Authors Award in the 6th grade for writing a scary story. John can be heard as a regular guest on the WRKI 95.1 Ethan and Lou Morning Show. He is a regular at Treehouse Comedy Productions, Mohegan Sun Casino, The Comedy Connection in Providence, and Comix at Foxwoods. John was named one of the top three comedians in the region, and was a finalist in the 2011 Funniest Comic in New England Professional Division at Mohegan Sun. He returned in 2012, and won it.
