Collection Highlight Tour at Yale Center for British Art

Visitors can explore five centuries of British artistic achievement during a docent-led Collection Highlight Tour at the Yale Center for British Art on Saturday, July 5, from 11:00 to 11:45 am. This interactive experience offers a fresh look at the museum’s reimagined permanent collection exhibition, In a New Light: Five Centuries of British Art, which spans from the sixteenth century to the present.

Guided by knowledgeable volunteer educators, the 45-minute tour provides insight into standout works in the collection, including paintings, sculpture, and decorative arts. Tours begin in the Entrance Court by the Visitor Services desk and offer a welcoming environment that encourages questions and conversation.
