Cocoa and Crafts: The Key to Adventure at the Connecticut Museum of Culture and History

Cocoa and Crafts: The Key to Adventure offers a cozy afternoon of storytelling and creativity inspired by the museum’s newly published children’s book, The Key to Adventure. Families can hear a special reading of the story, which follows a young girl named Prudence as objects from Connecticut’s past spark imaginative journeys through history. Hot chocolate, treats, and a hands-on craft where children decorate their own adventure key are included with admission. The program takes place on December 28, 2025 from 2 pm to 4 pm and is designed especially for children under 10.
This is a drop-in program with no preregistration required. The Connecticut Museum of Culture and History is located at 1 Elizabeth Street, Hartford, Connecticut. For questions, contact Katerina Mazzacane, Youth and Family Programs Manager, at kmazzacane@connecticutmuseum.org or 860-236-5621 x222.
