Celebrating New England’s Ocean Treasures at Mystic Aquarium is a free event that will be held on Thursday, September 13 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Please join Mystic Aquarium as they celebrate the two-year anniversary of the Northeast Canyons and Seamounts Marine National Monument and recognize Senator Richard Blumenthal and his congressional colleagues for their successful leadership in ocean conservation.
Explore the Northeast Monument through a dynamic presentation by Mystic Aquarium’s Senior Research Scientist, Dr. Peter Auster
Stroll through the Our Blue Planet exhibit – a stunning photographic journey through the Monument.
The evening will include remarks by Senator Blumenthal and a Q&A session with Dr. Auster. Light refreshments and a cash bar follow the presentation.
