Catholics and Antisemitism: Reading Nostra Aetate in 2025 at Fairfield University

Catholic theologian Massimo Faggioli, PhD will present the 19th Annual Lecture in Jewish/Christian Engagement on Tuesday, March 19, 2025, at 7 pm in the Kelley Center at Fairfield University. A livestream will be available for those unable to attend in person.
Dr. Faggioli will examine the Roman Catholic Church’s teachings on Jewish-Christian relations, with a focus on the 60th anniversary of Nostra Aetate, the 1965 Vatican II declaration on the Church’s relationship to non-Christian religions. His talk will reflect on the historical and theological impact of the document in today’s context.
